The Hajj Organizers Association of Pakistan (HOAP) was founded in May 2005, uniting Hajj Group Organizers (HGOs) affiliated with the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of Pakistan.
HOAP stands as the representative body for 741 registered HGOs in Pakistan, collectively managing 50% of the total Hajj Quota allocated to Pakistan. This encompasses the care of 71,461 Hujjaj from Pakistan.
